Tom is founder and CEO of Toxiq Corporate Concepts Ltd. His contacts and know-how are valuable assets and will also be your benefit in a partnership or customer relationship.
Experience and contacts are results of his time as "Chief Visioneer" and member of the "Strategic Insight Office" of Sun Microsystems, Inc. Today Tom is dealing with international relevant trends and developments and he is tracking what is technologically feasible and socially accepted.
He is working on strategic repositioning of departments as well as whole companies, setup of innovation departments and he is offering coaching and moderation to find solutions for apparently "unsolvable problems". On the other hand he will push you to develop proactively new ideas, concepts and solutions for products, services and business models.
Finally Tom is also involved in the area of M&A due dilligence and he is preparing "Reverse Technology Roadmaps" (a tool for sustaining evaluation of - primarily- public listed companies). Tom is using existing means and methods and combines them with educational and psychological effects as well as own methods like "Speed Innovation by Tom Groth“.
